Web Experience
Quality, Craftsmanship and Confidence
Rencon had the expertise, experience and ambition, but their brand didn’t yet reflect it.
The challenge was to create a distinctive identity for a modern construction company that could communicate quality, craftsmanship and confidence, while standing apart in a crowded industry.
But this wasn’t simply a branding exercise.
Rencon needed a complete visual presence, something that could work consistently across their website, social media, project photography, communications and everyday marketing.
The challenge was to take everything Rencon stood for and turn it into one clear, recognisable brand.
We built Rencon from the ground up.
Starting with the brand identity, we developed a complete visual language that gave the business a confident, contemporary presence while retaining the substance and craftsmanship behind the name.
From there, we carried the identity across everything. Designing and developing the website, establishing the social media presence, creating content and building the visual assets needed to keep the brand consistent across every touchpoint.
The website became the digital home of the brand, designed to showcase Rencon’s work, communicate their capabilities and turn their projects into powerful proof of what they do.
Social media gave the brand a voice, creating a consistent platform to showcase projects, share progress and bring the people and craftsmanship behind Rencon to life.
Every element was designed to work together.
One identity. One visual language. One brand, everywhere.
The result is a brand that doesn’t just look the part.
It’s built to grow with Rencon.

Identity in application
Applications went up and, more to the point, so did the number of applicants who already knew which projects they wanted to work on.
More applications
Direct applications through the careers section, year on year.
Projects documented
Two decades of finished work photographed to one standard.
Identity, everywhere
From hoarding and hi-vis to tender documents and the site itself.
Weeks to first hire
Time from launch to the first site manager hired through the new page.
We are getting applications from people who name the projects they saw. That never used to happen.
