Challenge

Kilroy's build kitchens by hand in a workshop most of their customers never see. Online they looked identical to every showroom retailer within fifty miles — the same rendered interiors, the same offers, none of the making.

The gap between what they charge and what a flat-pack retailer charges only makes sense once you have seen the workshop. The brand had to carry that.

Solution

We spent two days photographing the workshop and built the identity out of it: joinery marks, timber tones, and typography set the way a cutting list is. The site leads with process — a kitchen from drawing to fitted — and puts the finished rooms at the end where they belong.

Results

Enquiries dropped in volume and rose in value, which is exactly what was asked for. The people filling in the form now already know they are commissioning something rather than buying it.

No rendered showrooms; the site shows only kitchens they built.

Fewer enquiries, better ones. We are quoting on the kind of work we actually want to be doing.
