Web Experience
Clear Storytelling and Visual Identity
Derravaragh Project Management needed a digital presence that reflected the quality, professionalism and personal service behind every project.
With a wealth of construction experience and a portfolio of high-quality residential projects, the challenge was to move beyond a traditional project management website and create a digital experience that would build trust from the first interaction.
The website needed to clearly communicate Derravaragh Project Management's end-to-end approach. From initial concept through to completion, while showcasing their portfolio, expertise and attention to detail. At the same time, it needed to make what can be a complex and stressful process feel simple, reassuring and achievable for prospective homeowners.
Our challenge was to bring these qualities together through a considered digital experience, supported by responsive website design, clear storytelling and a visual identity that positioned Derravaragh as a trusted partner in bringing their clients’ forever homes to life.
Quality & Professionalism at the Forefront
We started by creating a complete brand identity for Derravaragh Project Management, developing a distinctive visual language that could work consistently across every client-facing touchpoint.
From the logo and core brand identity through to typography, colour, layouts and supporting brand assets, we created a flexible system designed to represent the quality and professionalism of DPM’s work.
The identity was then brought to life across physical brand applications, including bespoke site signage, workwear, vehicle graphics and other on-site materials, ensuring the brand had a consistent presence wherever DPM operates.
We also created a dedicated photography bank, capturing DPM’s projects, people and work environments to build a library of high-quality imagery that could be used consistently across their website, social media, capability decks and wider marketing communications.
With the brand established, we moved into the digital experience.
Using WordPress, we designed and developed a fully responsive website that puts DPM’s impressive residential portfolio and project management expertise at the forefront. The experience combines strong imagery, considered layouts and clear content to showcase their work while making their services and approach easy to understand across every device.
We also developed supporting capability decks, providing DPM with a polished sales and presentation tool to communicate their experience, services and capabilities to prospective clients and partners.

Photography Bank
The first tender submitted in the new system won. More usefully, the team stopped rebuilding documents from scratch: the same layout carries a two-page capability statement and a ninety-page bid without anyone touching a margin.
Tender win rate
Measured across the first full year of submissions in the new system.
Faster bid assembly
Templates replaced the ad-hoc documents each estimator kept locally.
Design system
One grid and type scale now runs across print, site and web.
Years unified
A decade and a half of inconsistent collateral brought onto one identity.
We stopped apologising for our documents. The new system says what we are before anyone reads a word of it.
