Service Page
Osteo TCM practises two traditions at once — osteopathy and traditional Chinese medicine — and the existing brand let each undercut the other. Clinical enough to feel cold, alternative enough to make referring GPs hesitate.
New patients arrived almost entirely through word of mouth, which meant every enquiry started with an explanation the brand should have been making already.
The visual language leans on the hands: photography of treatment rather than stock anatomy, a warm neutral palette, and copy that names what happens in a session instead of describing a philosophy. Clinical credibility comes from clarity, not from imitating a hospital.

Identity in application
Enquiries now arrive knowing which of the two practices they want. The clinic reports that first consultations start further along than they used to, and referrals from local practitioners have gone from occasional to routine.
Online bookings
Direct bookings doubled within four months of launch.
Better-qualified enquiries
Enquiries naming a specific treatment rather than asking what is offered.
Referring practices
Local GPs and physiotherapists now referring on a regular basis.
Own photography
Every stock image replaced with the clinic's own treatment photography.
Patients arrive already understanding what we do. That conversation used to take the first half of every appointment.
